  • Communicate effectively with new employees (newcomers) to provide them with necessary information and coordinate their activities.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth and effective coordination.
  • Plan sessions and meetings with newcomers, ensuring they are scheduled and confirmed.
  • Confirm employee participation in scheduled sessions.
  • Create regular reports with relevant data and metrics.
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of MS office tools MS Teams and effectively use its tools.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English OR Spanish language is a must.
  • Must be a recent graduate with an interest in professional growth.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and maintain databases.
  • Flexibility in working hours and willingness to adapt to varying schedules as per business needs.
  • Solid knowledge of MS office tools MS Teams as a user
