Overview

In this role, you would provide technical support and advice to our customers and help them get the most out of their Microsoft 365 subscriptions.

In Short

  • Respond to technical advisory and implementation questions regarding M365 tools.
  • Handle requests through chats and phone calls.
  • Assist with questions about the M365 web application, domain registration, and Office installation.
  • Possess a broad knowledge of Microsoft 365 technical architecture.
  • Demonstrate technical drive and relationship-building skills.
  • Advisory or technical implementation experience is required.
  • Strong consultative skills in a Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Device requirements include Windows 10 Pro and specific hardware specifications.
  • Must have a conducive work environment with adequate internet speed.
  • Remote work opportunity with a Fortune 500 client.

Requirements

  • Experience in advisory or technical implementation.
  • Certifications like MVP, MCT, MCSA, MCSE are preferred.
  • RAVE experience is a plus.
  • Device must not be joined to another company’s domain.
  • Minimum of 8 GB RAM, Core i3 processor, and 256GB hard disk required.
  • LAN connection is required; no WiFi.
  • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
  • No 3rd-party antivirus software installed.
  • Teams compliant media devices and noise-canceling headset required.
  • Webcam compatible with Windows Hello Technology preferred.
