M365 Business Advisor (Portuguese) - Remote

Overview

This position is for a Portuguese Speaking M365 Technical Advisor to provide technical support and guidance on Microsoft 365 products to customers.

In Short

• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 products.
• Assist customers in using Microsoft 365 workloads effectively.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Educate customers on best practices for productivity.
• Help customers choose the right subscription plans.
• Document issues and solutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with technical teams for complex issues.
• Stay updated on Microsoft 365 enhancements.
• Fluent in Portuguese is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience is required.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration, consultancy, deployment, or migration.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Technical support experience is preferred.
• Device requirements include a dedicated laptop or PC.
• Minimum 16GB RAM and Windows 11 Pro.
• Network and antivirus specifications must be met.
• Webcam and microphone requirements for communication.
• Participation in community activities is encouraged.
