Overview

In this role, you would provide technical support and advice to our customers and help them get the most out of their Microsoft 365 subscriptions.

In Short

  • Provide technical advisory and implementation support for M365 tools.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and phone.
  • Assist customers with M365 web application and feature set.
  • Ensure a conducive work environment with required technical specifications.
  • Demonstrate technical drive and relationship-building skills.
  • Advisory or technical implementation experience preferred.
  • Strong consultative skills in a Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Device requirements include Windows 10 Pro and specific hardware.
  • Remote work opportunity with a Fortune 500 client.

Requirements

  • Advisory or technical implementation experience.
  • Strong consultative skills in a Microsoft 365 environment.
  • MVPs, MCTs, MCSAs, MCSEs certifications are preferred.
  • RAVE experience is a plus.
  • Device requirements include Windows 10 Pro and specific hardware.
  • Minimum of 25 Mbps download speed & 10 Mbps upload speed.
  • No 3rd-party antivirus software installed.
  • Media devices that are Teams compliant.
  • Microphone/headset with background noise canceling.
  • Webcam compatible with Windows Hello Technology.
