Overview

Upwork's Management Services team is seeking to add a Bilingual Technical Recruiter to the team.

The Bilingual (Japanese and English) Technical Recruiter, Managed Services Recruitment will be responsible for providing recruiting services to the Upwork Managed Services Recruitment team and the clients we serve.

You will be accountable to achieve one of the most important business outcomes - to staff some of Upwork’s largest clients with top talent. You have a passion for recruiting and interviewing as well as a strong track record of placing top-notch candidates.

In Short

• End-to-end recruitment: source, invite, qualify, interview, recommend candidates.
• Track new client requisitions through ATS; update cases as they progress.
• Act as the liaison between hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage assigned requisitions and candidate pipelines.
• Provide Technical Recruiting services to the Upwork Managed Services Recruitment team.
• Deploy best recruiting practices for high volume technical recruiting.
• Maintain data hygiene practices in applicant tracking system.
• Conduct technical and behavioral interviews via video call.
• Participate in weekly team meetings for updates.
• Provide creative ideas for screening candidates.

Requirements

• Technical Recruiting experience preferred.
• M365 technical experience required.
• Professionally working fluency in English and Japanese.
• Strong collaboration skills; enjoys feedback and knowledge sharing.
• Desire to continuously learn and grow.
• Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Extremely communicative.
