Talent Acquisition Specialist - Clinical - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic, relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist (Clinical) to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between top clinical talent and our hiring managers—sourcing, engaging, and nurturing candidates through a variety of recruiting strategies.

In Short

• Source and attract qualified therapists using diverse recruiting and sourcing methods.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through networking, social media, job boards, and community outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Attend job fairs, networking events, and conferences to promote opportunities.
• Organize and host in-house recruitment events.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and check references.
• Maintain accurate job postings and applicant tracking system records.
• Provide regular updates on recruiting progress to leadership.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Support other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years).
• 1–3 years of professional experience (recruiting preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, exceed metrics and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented.
