Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a proven track record of 0-1 product building
Experience working in multi-market, product-led companies
A proven track record of success in scrappy, find-a-way 0-1 projects
Experience of collaborating on a bold, long-term product-led vision
Strong product design and research sense
The proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
A results-driven mentality
A keen ability to balance user needs with business priorities
A humble and growth-oriented mindset
Happy and impactful in a remote role
English fluency
Located in Italy, Spain, or the UK
