Overview

The Technical Support Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to enhance customer success.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary contact for technical assistance via email and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues reported by customers.
  • Provide clear instructions for resolving technical issues.
  • Investigate customer escalations and lead technical calls.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams on complex issues.
  • Follow support guidelines and improve processes.
  • Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Be available during your shift.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in technical support or customer service roles.
  • Advanced understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript & SDK.
  • Understanding of Vanilla JS, Vue, Angular, and React is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with non-technical users.
  • Ability to manage multiple support tickets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with customer support software is a plus.
  • Must be able to work EST or CST hours.
