In Short

• Ship complete features from React/TypeScript frontends to Node.js/Fastify backends.
• Build complex multi-step workflows like AI content generation and advanced export pipelines.
• Optimize our monorepo for improved build times and streamlined CI/CD.
• Expand testing coverage with Cypress E2E tests and Jest/Vitest reliability.
• Architect for scale with database schemas and API contracts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate requirements into specs.
• Write unit, integration, and E2E tests that catch real bugs.
• Strong communication skills for clear PRs and documentation.
• Work autonomously and unblock yourself strategically.

Requirements

• Strong experience with modern React and performance tradeoffs.
• Proven ability designing and maintaining REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Deep TypeScript knowledge for improving developer experience.
• Database design experience with ORMs like Prisma.
• Testing mindset with focus on catching bugs early.
• Systems thinking for considering edge cases and long-term maintenance.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Autonomy in scoping work and escalating strategically.
• Experience with monorepos and shared library management is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS services and serverless architecture is a plus.
