Overview

The Technical Support Specialist will provide exceptional support to clients, ensuring their technology needs are met while working onsite in South Bend, IN.

In Short

  • Provide outstanding support to clients.

  • Prepare desktops, laptops, and hardware for customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer documentation.

  • Perform customer maintenance activities.
  • Monitor assigned alerts and respond appropriately.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet client needs.
  • Organize and prioritize work effectively.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to explain technical challenges to non-technical individuals.
  • Willing to participate in an on-call rotation.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Preferred experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP).
  • Must reside in or near South Bend, IN.
  • Legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
