The Certified Cancer Registry Specialist is responsible for abstracting patient information from various resources, coding data into a database, and maintaining record-keeping systems for clinical studies, all while adhering to healthcare standards.

Requirements

• Completion of Medical Terminology and Anatomy and Physiology courses required.
• Two years of experience as a Cancer Registrar preferred.
• CTR certification or eligibility required.
• Knowledge of clinical trials is required.
