Transplant Data Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Transplant Data Coordinator for Transplant Services is responsible for clinical data abstraction, design, capture, management, querying, and reporting. The role involves effective communication and coordination of information flow among various staff in the healthcare setting.

• Responsible for clinical data abstraction and management.

• Maintain transplant statistical data and perform outcome monitoring.

• Maintain the OPTN data entry system for transplant centers.
• Review medical records for documentation required by UNOS and CMS.
• Assist with policy and procedure development and mock survey drills.

Requirements

• Associate's in Nursing with three years of nursing experience.
• Valid Arkansas RN license.
• Experience with EPIC and electronic health information systems.
• Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
• Transplant experience preferred.
• Experience in quality assurance activities preferred.
