Overview

The Solid Organ Transplant Coordinator is a professional registered nurse responsible for coordinating the clinical aspects of care for transplant patients, ensuring continuity and quality of care through collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
  • Four years of nursing experience.
  • Current Arkansas State Board of Nursing License.
  • Experience in Care Coordination preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to quality patient care.
  • Participation in continuous education and training.
  • Proficient in clinical assessment and education.
  • Willingness to engage in community outreach activities.
