The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Psychiatric Research Institute (PRI) General Adult Inpatient Unit provides effective direct care to patients, working as part of an interdisciplinary team to maintain high standards of patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current and valid RN license in Arkansas.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience.
• Strong work ethic and accountability.
• Preferred: 2+ years of RN experience and current BLS.
• Must complete conflict management training within six months of hire.
• Ability to lift and carry weight up to 25 lbs.
• Physical stamina for frequent standing and walking.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
