Overview

The Registered Nurse in Ophthalmology will promote wellness and improve outcomes for patients with chronic conditions by providing education and support in disease management and self-care.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate Degree, ADN, or Diploma in Nursing.
  • At least 1 year of RN experience.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Valid Arkansas Registered Nursing License.
  • Knowledge or experience in PCMH preferred.
  • ACLS certification or willingness to obtain within one year.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Commitment to patient advocacy and ethical practice.
  • Physical ability to perform nursing duties as required.
