Overview

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), which serves high-risk and acutely ill newborns.

In Short

• Provide direct patient care in a 64-bed NICU.
• Work collaboratively within a health care team focused on patient-centered care.
• Evaluate and document patient progress and care outcomes.
• Administer medications as per nursing standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Valid RN License.
• 1 year of registered nursing experience.
• Excellent communication and basic computer skills.
• Strong work ethic and accountability.
• Preferred: 2+ years of nursing experience and NICU experience.
• Must be capable of using personal protective equipment.
