Requirements

• High School diploma plus 2 years of experience or an Associate's degree in Respiratory Care.
• Must be a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
• Current Arkansas Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (LRCP) required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care.
• Preferred certifications: ACCS, NPS, ACLS.
• Must be capable of performing physical tasks in protective equipment.
• Ability to work in a team and promote a healthy work environment.
• Strong communication skills for patient interaction.
• Ability to handle medical equipment and supplies.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.
