Overview

The Access Supervisor manages the day-to-day Patient Access outpatient operations of The Orthopedic and Spine Hospital and/or the Central Access Business Center, ensuring the team meets performance standards and provides excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Three years of registration and/or billing experience.
• Seven years of experience with a high school diploma/GED.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Well-developed decision-making skills.
• Highly motivated and self-directed.
• Advanced knowledge of Epic system preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare environment required.
• Ability to interact with diverse backgrounds.
• Compliance with pre-employment screening.
