Overview

The Senior Clinical Billing Specialist is responsible for managing and resolving complex physician and hospital accounts, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, and communicating effectively with patients and insurers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle functions.
• Familiarity with Windows environment and contract document analysis.
• Knowledge of EPIC billing system preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must comply with confidentiality and HIPAA policies.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
