Overview

University Health Network (UHN) is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide virtual care in the Geriatric Psychiatry Services, focusing on patients with dementia and responsive behaviours.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Nursing.
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in geriatric care.
• Expertise in managing dementia-related symptoms.
• Experience in nursing research and program planning.
• Comfortable in a virtual work environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Proficiency in using information technology.
