Property Manager (m/f/d) Facility Management - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Property Manager (m/f/d) to independently manage multiple locations in Berlin, lead a technical team, and coordinate maintenance processes while being the central point of contact for clients and users.

In Short

• Independent management of 5-6 properties in Berlin
• Leading a team of 5 technicians and caretakers
• Central contact person for clients and users
• Organizing and implementing maintenance and inspection work
• Monitoring legal inspection deadlines and managing warranties, defects, and damages

Requirements

• Completed training as a master technician/engineer in supply engineering/electrical engineering/HVAC or a degree in Facility Management
• Solid knowledge of building technology systems (heating, ventilation, sanitation, electrical)
• Commercial knowledge and solid cost awareness
• Very good IT skills (MS Office, CAFM)
• Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills
