Project Manager (m/f/d) SAP SuccessFactors - Remote

Overview

This position is for a Project Manager to support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in a leading financial company.

In Short

• Project coordination for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Documentation and maintenance of project plans (timelines and budget).
• Act as a liaison to SAP contacts.
• Analyze HR processes to identify automation and digitalization potentials.
• Full-time position with 20 to 39 hours per week.
• Salary range between 45,000 € and 55,000 € per year.

Requirements

• Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• Experience in project management, ideally in software implementation projects.
• Practical experience in HR is an advantage.
• Knowledge of JIRA and SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Good knowledge of common MS Office programs.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Careful and structured working style.
