Overview

The Assembly Manager position involves leading assembly operations in the food processing industry, coordinating both internal and external personnel, and ensuring timely and quality execution of projects.

• Responsible for independent assembly of systems in the food processing industry.
• Lead and coordinate your own and external personnel nationally and internationally.

Requirements

• Completed training as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician, or comparable qualification, ideally supplemented by a master’s degree.
• Several years of professional experience as an assembly manager in machine or plant engineering.
• Strong knowledge of pneumatics.
• Proficient in welding, preferably in TIG method.
• High international travel willingness, even for extended periods.
• Proficient in MS Office and experienced with ERP systems (e.g., Pro Alpha).
• Fluent in German and English.
