Field Solutions Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Travel to customer sites across the U.S. and Mexico for system installation and integration.
• Collaborate with customers to design and validate customized defect inspection solutions.
• Lead in-lab and on-site demonstrations and proof-of-concept efforts.
• Build prototypes and resolve technical issues during deployment.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers.
• Expect up to 80% travel, including overnight travel to customer facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing automation or robotics systems.
• Proficient with CAD, optical systems, PLC integration, and motion control systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills; comfortable working on factory floors.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated and comfortable managing tasks independently.
