The Pricing Analyst at Avantor plays a crucial role in supporting and analyzing pricing strategies that enhance profitability while adhering to compliance guidelines.

In Short

• Support and analyze pricing strategies for profitability.
• Work closely with internal and external customers.
• Manage key accounts including customer communications and audits.
• Provide recommendations to sales managers regarding contracts and pricing.
• Monitor and audit routine price changes for compliance.
• Present pricing information to internal stakeholders.
• Work in a hybrid model: onsite 2-3 days a week.
• Collaborate with the Pricing & Quotes team.
• Conduct evaluations and updates to contracts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in pricing, contracts, finance, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• 3-5 years of experience preferred.
• SAP proficiency is a plus.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
