In Short

• Provide specialist SHEQ advice to colleagues and subcontractors.
• Ensure contracts are compliant and promote positive SHEQ behaviours.
• Guide projects on business management system implementation.
• Conduct investigations and root cause analysis.
• Lead continuous improvement of SHEQ performance.
• Monitor SHEQ reporting system for project performance.
• Support subcontractors and suppliers.
• Participate in meetings with input and innovation.
• Site-based role requiring construction/high-rise experience.
• Full UK driving license and vehicle required for work.

Requirements

• Understanding of health and safety in property maintenance.
• Ability to build strong relationships and be a team player.
• NEBOSH qualification.
• Lead by example and challenge unsafe acts.
• Good self-motivation and time management skills.
• IT literate with keen eye for data accuracy.
• Formal qualification in SHEQ.
• Experience in accident investigations.
• Application of legislation in practice.
• Ability to travel with occasional overnight stays.
