Overview

The SHEQ Advisor will manage and maintain a safe working environment for all operatives and employees while adhering to SHEQ management systems and focusing on client satisfaction.

In Short

Manage SHEQ policies and safety training.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on SHEQ aspects.
Adopt the SHEQ “Zero Harm” strategy.
Develop and review SHEQ management documents.
Ensure compliance with all company regulations.
Prepare safety alerts and toolbox talks.
Analyze SHEQ data and compile performance reports.
Mentor SHEQ coordinators in their professional development.
Conduct site SHEQ audits.
Attend and chair SHEQ project meetings.

Requirements

IT Qualification (e.g., Omnix, SharePoint).
Minimum NEBOSH general or Construction certificate.
