From Twilio SMS alerts that a work order has landed to crisp onboarding emails that invite new clients, you’ll keep templates sharp, deliverability high, and users perfectly informed.

In Short

• Own the message pipeline for transactional email and SMS notifications.
• Run Twilio SMS services, keeping phone numbers and keywords healthy.
• Steward transactional email with responsive HTML/MJML templates.
• Perform template QA for email clients and mobile devices.
• Translate product events into clear messages and manage delivery volumes.
• Enforce compliance with TCPA and CAN-SPAM regulations.
• Build dashboards for monitoring delivery and engagement metrics.
• Propose improvements for engagement and support ticket reduction.

Requirements

• Experience with email and SMS notification systems.
• Proficiency in using Twilio for SMS operations.
• Knowledge of HTML and MJML for email template management.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
• Understanding of SMTP protocols and email deliverability.
• Experience with compliance regulations like TCPA and CAN-SPAM.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics for performance improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
