Administrative Assistant - Remote

Overview

The Administrative Assistant will support the Customer Success team by managing executive-level activities and providing essential administrative support.

• Manage complex schedules and coordinate meetings across time zones.
• Maintain and update critical documents and reports.
• Arrange domestic and international travel for executives.
• Process purchase orders and reconcile expense reports.
• Act as the first point of contact for supported executives.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience required.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms and expense processing.
• Proactive attitude with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience supporting senior executives is preferred.
• Knowledge of financial processes is a plus.
