Overview

UNGUESS is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the People & Culture team in administrative HR processes and generalist activities across the employee lifecycle.

In Short

• Gather and verify employee data for payroll.
• Monitor deadlines for HR compliance matters.
• Assist in preparing HR documents and internal communications.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Track time and attendance.
• Collaborate on cross-functional HR projects.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in HR processes and employee experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Proactive attitude and sense of confidentiality.
• Good communication in Italian and English.
• Basic knowledge of Italian labor laws is a plus.
