Overview

As a Training and Quality Assurance Manager at Underdog, you will lead the design and management of comprehensive training and quality assurance programs for Fraud & Payments Operations, driving team performance and operational excellence.

  • Interest in learning/QA trends and innovations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in training and quality assurance.
  • Expertise in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Experience with training and QA plans that support business goals.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Experience in Fraud and Payments or online sports betting is a plus.
  • Qualification in training design or delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of QA systems and metrics.
  • Interest in learning/QA trends.
