Overview

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will own the relationship with a book of business containing our most strategic customers and you will be responsible for adoption, retention, expansion and driving NRR within your book of business.

  • Manage strategic and complex accounts with strong relationships.
  • Maintain understanding of customer status and business requirements.
  • Lead strategic program development for client success.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and drive engagement.
  • Provide coaching and training to maximize customer value.
  • Forecast at-risk customers and define retention strategies.
  • Coordinate regular account reviews and produce reports.
  • Document and drive success plans for each customer.
  • Mentor team members to foster a customer-centric attitude.
  • Handle complex requests with professionalism and urgency.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS.
  • 5+ years managing enterprise or strategic accounts.
  • Experience with C-level executives to drive adoption and renewals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Proficient with Salesforce and Customer Success platforms.
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
  • Ability to travel 25-30%.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, relevant experience considered.
