Supply Planner (Logistics Specialist) - Remote

Overview

The Supply Planner will be part of the Operations Area Europe team, working closely with Doka's sales organizations to manage daily challenges in supply chain management.

In Short

• Responsible for material procurement in the distribution center.
• Initiate and support global material exchange and coordinate supply shortages.
• Manage balanced inventory and material procurement planning based on business needs.
• Collaborate with Doka's sales branches and other distribution centers.
• Implement and monitor global logistics standards and processes.
• Support the development of software-related tools.
• Engage in proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel for business (2-3 times a year).

Requirements

• Commercial education with a focus on logistics/supply chain management.
• Practical experience in operations or logistics is advantageous.
• Proactive and communicative personality.
• Entrepreneurial thinking combined with a hands-on mentality.
• Ability to work independently and assertively.
• Engaged, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant.
• Team player with a high level of service orientation.
• Good command of German and English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
