Project Manager for Complete Construction in System Gastronomy - Remote

Overview

This position involves the comprehensive management and execution of complete construction projects in the field of system gastronomy, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.

• Comprehensive management of complete construction projects until final handover.
• Responsible for budget adherence, invoicing, and change management.
• Collaboration and coordination with all internal and external project participants.
• Creation of construction schedules and leading construction meetings.
• Point of contact for all project-related questions and communication with clients.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing construction projects in system gastronomy.
• Knowledge of VOB Part B and C, BGB, and building law.
• IT skills (MS Office, MS Project, AVA software like ORCA).
• Driver's license Class B and willingness to travel.
• Very good German skills – at least C1 - C2 and English skills are an advantage.
• Team player with the ability to coordinate various stakeholders.
