Project Manager (m/f/d) GU / Complete Construction - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager will oversee and manage complete construction projects from the initial planning phase to final handover, ensuring budget and timeline adherence while coordinating all internal and external project participants.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing construction projects and coordinating various trades in retail, hotel, banking, or office construction.
• Experience with VOB Part B and C, BGB, and building law.
• IT skills (MS Office, MS Project, AVA software such as ORCA).
• Driver's license Class B and willingness to travel (approx. 2 days per week).
• Very good German language skills – at least C1 - C2 and English skills are an advantage.
• Team player with the ability to coordinate various stakeholders.
