The Business Systems Analyst 3 serves as an accomplished and forward-thinking lead, delivering advanced and secure technological solutions in a remote setting.

In Short

• Works closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to plan and implement projects.
• Contributes to all phases of the project's lifecycle: planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Performs ad-hoc data analyses and reporting to aid management in decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience providing user training and developing documentation.
• Preferred experience with medical student admissions or higher education admissions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Visio.
• Understanding of project management tools and methods.
• Commitment to continuous process improvement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of administrative functions in higher education is desired.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data analysis software is preferred.
