Overview

The Business Systems Analyst 3 provides advanced systems support for assigned business unit or assigned application(s).

In Short

• Maintains, monitors, and updates assigned application systems.
• Researches complex problems and takes appropriate action to correct.
• Analyzes existing systems or procedures and identifies improvements.
• Develops documentation for users and training purposes.
• Designs processes to meet regulatory requirements.
• Provides technical support to business units and customers.
• Acts as liaison between software vendors and business units.
• May serve as lead analyst in training or projects.
• Experience with system testing and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 5+ years of IT experience including IT Analytics, Troubleshooting, or Customer Service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
• Self-motivated with a passion for service excellence.
• Proven organizational skills.
• Experience with Quality Center or equivalent defect management.
• Experience supporting file transmission processes like FTPs.
