Fellow Technical Advisor - Remote

Overview

UDR is seeking qualified candidates for a Fellow Technical Advisor opportunity for our customer in Aiken, SC to support the Savannah River Site.

In Short

• Provide expert project management support in scheduling, estimating, planning, and project execution.
• Perform major organization assessments and project leadership assessments.
• Provide mentoring to project/program managers and project control personnel.
• Lead and participate in major project reviews.
• Consult on all aspects of plutonium facility operations.
• Advise management in developing integrated team structures.
• Provide oversight of support operations involving multiple projects.
• Develop and provide training programs for project management personnel.
• Work hours up to 40 hours a week with possible remote work.
• Travel to SRS required up to 25%.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a technical field with 25 years of experience or a bachelor's degree with 30 years of experience.
• 20+ years of experience working in plutonium facilities or on plutonium projects.
• 15+ years of 413.3B project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience on NNSA/DOE capital line-item projects.
• 20+ years of experience developing and providing training.
• Key role in EVMS Certification at DOE sites.
• 10+ years working at the Savannah River Site preferred.
