In Short

• Design, build, ship, and maintain new and existing microservices with production quality.
• Participate in design and code reviews.
• Participate in on-call rotation for production incident response.
• Manage cloud vendor resources and services.
• Maintain core internal APIs in support of application services.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience required.
• Strong background in building scalable and low latency systems.
• Expertise in designing, building, and maintaining production quality microservices.
• Experience with GoLang, Postgresql, Graphql, and web protocols.
• Passionate about improving online education.

Requirements

• SQL performance tuning experience is a plus.
• AWS, GCP, Cloudflare experience.
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Kubernetes in Production experience.
• Python programming experience.
• CI/CD pipeline configuration experience.
• Experience with distributed event streaming platforms like Kafka.
• Production applications monitoring experience.
