Overview

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) role is a field-based, customer-facing position focused on advancing clinical practice and improving patient outcomes within the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in science or healthcare; doctoral degree preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in a Field Medical position for Manager level.
• 3-5 years of relevant medical affairs experience preferred for Manager level.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience for Associate Director level.
• Strong clinical knowledge including pharmacotherapy and treatment guidelines.
• Ability to engage with healthcare professionals and thought leaders.
• Experience with compliance and ethical guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Willingness to travel and work in a field-based role.
• Demonstrated strategic vision for territory management.
