The Head Global Agriculture is a pivotal leadership role responsible for architecting and executing the global agriculture strategy, driving transformative change across our agricultural value chains.

Requirements

• Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in agricultural management.
• 5+ years in a leadership role with international scope.
• Experience in processing tomato cultivation and value chains.
• Strong commercial competence in agricultural economics.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively internationally.
