As the Head of Grower Success & Agronomy at Arable, you will lead initiatives to enhance grower engagement and customer success in the agtech industry, focusing on the adoption of innovative technologies to optimize farming operations.

In Short

  • Lead grower engagement and customer success initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 4-6 members.
  • Build relationships with farmers and agronomic professionals.
  • Oversee implementation and optimization of Arable’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
  • Support integration of sensor-based technologies on farms.
  • Drive adoption of water and irrigation technology.
  • Ensure success of customer programs.
  • Travel 50%+ to support customers and teams.
  • Contribute to organizational goals through cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in ag tech or customer success roles.
  • Strong background in agronomy and irrigation.
  • Experience with digital ag technologies.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills across teams.
  • Experience with startups is a plus.
  • Degree in Agronomy or related field.
