• Ownership of management reporting, planning, and analytical support.
• Improving reporting processes and creating templates for financial reporting.
• Analyzing revenue, expenses, and performance trends.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
• Identifying financial risks and suggesting improvements.
• Connecting financial and operational data for decision-oriented reporting.
• Improving and automating manual reporting processes.
• Building reports manually and optimizing workflows.
• Partnering with business leaders for accurate forecasts.
• Ensuring clarity and logic in evolving processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 6+ years of experience in management reporting, FP&A, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and management reporting.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and advanced English communication skills.
• Availability to work EST or PST business hours.
