Overview

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager leads the organization’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes and provides forward-looking financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Prior experience leading or managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
• Experience with FP&A tools like Adaptive or Power BI.
• Ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• MBA, CPA, or finance-related certification preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced or evolving organization preferred.
