Senior DevOps Engineer, Cloud Platform - Remote

Overview

Arc XP is a cloud-based digital experience platform that empowers enterprise companies to create and distribute content, drive digital commerce, and deliver compelling multichannel experiences. We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Cloud & Delivery Automation team to manage critical infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

In Short

• Design and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
• Enhance monitoring and observability to detect and resolve issues.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code for reproducible cloud environments.
• Support containerized services using Docker and Amazon ECS.
• Drive zero-downtime deployments and automation of health checks.
• Collaborate with development teams on deployment flows.
• Participate in incident response and on-call rotation.
• Engage in agile ceremonies and promote cross-functional collaboration.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge on DevOps practices.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Cloud Engineering role.
• Proficiency with AWS services like Lambda, ECS, and CloudFormation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Proficient in at least one server-side language (e.g., Python, Node.js).
• Working knowledge of Docker and container management.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog and CloudWatch.
• Understanding of identity protocols and security practices.
• Familiarity with agile workflows in distributed teams.
• Experience with serverless applications and advanced deployment strategies is preferred.
