Requirements

• JD and licensed to practice law in Georgia required.
• 3+ years of Georgia Commercial Litigation experience required.
• Command of Georgia statutes, procedures, and strategies required.
• Experience conducting depositions, substantive hearings, and evidentiary hearings required.
• Significant motion practice experience required.
