The Technical Documentation Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for IT processes, ensuring adherence to standards and guidelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve documentation accessibility and clarity.

Requirements

• Proficiency with documentation tools like SharePoint and MS Office.
• Experience with Microsoft O365 and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Azure Virtual Machines.
• Organizational skills for document management.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Experience in architecture or engineering is a plus.
