• Open and set up new legal matters in the practice management system (Leap).
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new matters.
• Prepare and issue templated legal documents.
• Handle incoming emails and ongoing communication with clients and insurers.
• Liaise with insurers regarding motor vehicle accident claims.
• Process insurer documentation correctly.
• Undertake outbound phone-based work.
• Support dictation workflows and transcribe notes.
• Record and manage diary notes and follow-ups.
• Collaborate closely with Legal Administrative Assistants and solicitors.
