Sr. NetSuite Developer - Remote

Overview

The Sr. NetSuite Developer will be responsible for functional configuration, system maintenance, and business process testing for ongoing projects and improvements.

In Short

• Perform functional configuration, system maintenance, and business process testing for ongoing projects and improvements
• Applies standard techniques, procedures and criteria to support and/or install software applications/operating systems
• Manage new releases and updates to systems (NetSuite), test updates, and effectively roll out new features
• Perform coordination of system configurations between NetSuite and other third-party systems
• Troubleshoot problems including system interface/integration issues
• Support all end user requests and provide issue resolution for NetSuite internal users
• Collaborating with other teams such as IT, finance, and sales to implement new processes and workflows
• Support the creation of documentation and training material
• Maintain user roles and system access working along with HR for onboarding/offboarding
• Understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience with NetSuite
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in system maintenance and configuration
• Knowledge of business process testing
