DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

This is a role for a highly autonomous and driven DevOps Engineer who thrives on ownership and working independently. You will be expected to take full ownership of your domain, from discovery and design to implementation and long-term maintenance, with a relentless personal drive for ensuring the stability and performance of our production systems.

In Short

• Take complete ownership of architecting, deploying, and managing AWS-based infrastructure.
• Drive and own the infrastructure as code strategy using Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Identify and resolve system vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for automation.
• Serve as a key escalation point in an on-call rotation.
• Manage the ELK stack for system health and performance visibility.
• Define project priorities and manage deadlines independently.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role.
• Hands-on proficiency with Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Experience with Ansible for configuration management.
• Expert-level knowledge of AWS services.
• Production experience with Kubernetes (EKS).
• Experience with monitoring and logging using ELK stack.
• Strong problem-solving and self-management skills.
